What this server is
MoonHavenRP is a hobby roleplay server for Grand Theft Auto V, run through the FiveM platform. It is free to play. Nothing that affects gameplay is ever sold. The one thing that costs money is bringing a personal vehicle into the city, at $10 per car and at most two per person.
We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re, and we do not speak for any of them. A legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V is required to play, and that copy is yours, not something we provide.

Where this site links somewhere else — Discord, a voting site, the store — the content on the other end is theirs, not ours. We checked those links when we added them. If one of them turns into something it should not be, tell us and it comes down.
Disputes
The EU runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. It exists for disputes about purchases, and nothing is sold here, so it is unlikely to be of any use — but it is listed because it costs nothing to list and someone may want it.
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not.
