What this is

MoonHavenRP is a free roleplay server for Grand Theft Auto V, run through FiveM as a hobby. Playing on it, and using this website, means these terms apply to you.

You need your own legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the free FiveM client. Neither is ours to give you.

One thing costs money, and only one

Access is free. Nothing that affects gameplay is sold — no pay-to-win, and no advantage that can be bought. There are battle passes and login rewards, and they are free: the most any of them will ever cost is in-game money or a currency you earn in the city, never real money. If that ever changes it will be announced first, and it will still not be something you have to buy to play.

The single exception is bringing your own car into the city: $10 per vehicle, up to two. It is not an advantage — an imported car does nothing a car already in the city cannot do. It is a cost: a car we add stays on the server permanently, files take space, and enough of them means paying for more of it. The fee covers that and the work of getting the car in and keeping it running. It is the only thing on this server you can pay for, and it is the only thing there will ever be.

Nothing else is sold, so there is nothing else to refund. If something goes wrong with a vehicle you have paid for, open a ticket in Discord and we will sort it out with you.

If you leave, your car comes off the server. That holds no matter why or how you left, and you will not have to ask twice. We cannot give the car back to you: Cfx allows a licence to move accounts once and never again, so once it has reached us it cannot be moved anywhere, including back — that is their rule and nobody can reverse it. A car that came to us as a free download is different, because you still have your own files. The fee itself is not refunded; it paid for work already done.

How to behave

The rules are on their own page and they are the real terms of being here: read the rules. They are short on purpose.

The short version of the short version: be kind, do not cheat, and do not make the city worse for the person next to you.

Your account and your characters

One account per person. Do not share it, sell it, or trade it. What your character owns in the city is part of the game's data, not property — it has no value outside the server and cannot be bought or sold for real money.

We can suspend or remove access at any time, with or without notice, if the rules are broken or if keeping you here would make the server worse for everyone else. Staff decisions are final, and you may always ask for the reasoning.

What you make here

Screenshots, clips and stories from the city are yours. We would love to show some of them off — on this site, in Discord, or on social media — and by posting them in our Discord you are giving us permission to do that, with credit. Say no and we will not.

Everything we built — the scripts, the interfaces, the artwork, this website — stays ours. Do not copy it, resell it, or ship it inside something else.

No promises about uptime

This is a hobby server offered as it is. It will go down for updates, it will go down unexpectedly, and one day it may not come back. We will not pretend otherwise in a legal document.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost time, or anything that happens because the server was unavailable. Nothing here limits liability for injury, for intent, or for gross negligence, because it cannot.

Rockstar, Take-Two and Cfx.re

We are not affiliated with any of them, and nothing here is endorsed by any of them. Grand Theft Auto V is their work; this server is a modification played through FiveM, which is Cfx.re's platform. Their terms apply to you as well as ours.

Your data

What we hold and why is on the Privacy page. Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking on this website.

The law

The server is run from the European Union, and the law of the operator's country of establishment governs these terms — that country is named on the Impressum. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections where you live still apply on top and nothing here removes them, wherever in the world you are.

If any part of this turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.

Changes

These terms can change. Anything significant gets announced in Discord before it takes effect, the same way rule changes are.
